Tried dress on and zipper stopped half way and ripped open from the section it already had zipped up

I did not even wear this dress, I was not even able to try it on! The zipper broke as I tried to zip it up to try on, dress is pretty however be prepared to spend extra to replace the zipper if you would like to wear it, I order quite a bit from fashion nova and have never received a product like this, I am disappointed
