Tight waistband but also supper stretchy. No belt loops. Made for woman with little stomachs and big butts. I am the opposite. Fits more like tights/ leggings than pants. I could see the pattern of my underwear in the mirror sooo.

The person I bought this for was 5ft 4” and the pants were about 1” above her ankles.
