Bought a medium and it fits great! I typically wear a small for tops and medium for bottoms or size 7/9 in jeans. I'm 5'5" around 140lbs, 32D with a 27-28in waist and 40/41in hip. Getting my hips through the waist was a bit challenging and I'm pretty sure I heard the sounds of tiny rips when I stretched to put it on, but nothing big enough to mess it up.
