I love this Blazer dress. It’s so cute I ordered size small and I am 125 pounds and 4.11. I will wear with belt probably. It fit me great and it’s not too short. If you want very form fitting then size down but that’s the style usually so I would recommend just order regular size. Even without a belt it looks great, but you can’t throw it in the washer because of the stones I would recommend wash on delicate or hand wash.
