Lovely but it didn’t cover my boobs everything else fit nice and I’m 5’9 I wish I could keep it

Im 5'9*, wide hips (44") between 30-31* waist, 160lbs. I typically have to size up for rompers so it doesn't grab in crotch. I'm normally a medium or large in everything else. The (elastic) waist is very big, maybe like 2 inches too big, but just in the front, it hangs low. Large would have been so much better, so dont size up. I'm keeping it because top fits good and the back & butt fit well. I love the silky, light material, & will just have the front of it taylored.
