Cute outfit however it doesn’t

Usual Size: 6-7
Cute outfit however it doesn’t fit around the waist… that’s the only reason I gave 3 stars. It has nice soft material and really stylish! Usually I buy my daughter a size 6x-7 and I just adjust the waist but I can’t do that with this outfit.
