Waist is too small

The waist is too small and makes the pants too tight and when I asked for money back they refused and I asked to cancel another order they ignored me shipped it then emailed me back saying it’s too late stealing my money

doesn't stretch too much

purchased this for my husband. hes 5'9... 235 lbs usually wears a xl in sweats and a 40 in jeans . we bought a xl and it fits good every where besides the waist . a little bit snug nothing too tight though. it doesn't stretch alot by the waist band and he has a big butt so thats another reason. lol but the style and cut is perfect.
