Seriously I wouldn’t even give it a star.. just for the fact that they don’t do free returns and give u back your money! I had bought my first order from fashion nova and I was pretty happy with it.. so I placed another order the same day I received my other package! So this shirt is actually very pretty and I was super excited but when I put it on the top part that is supposed to sit at the shoulder just rolls up and does t sit right ... so I was not happy with it! So I decided I’ll return it I called for a label ( I didn’t get a return one in my package) so they said they don’t give one!!! Welll ummm I paid 6.99 for shipping and u can’t even let me return the product for free back to fashion nova are u kidding me!! How can u charge that much for shipping and atleast let me return it free since I paid for the dam shipping! I get it if I had free shipping then ok I have to pay to return it! But nope!! Second thing that pisses me off is that they can’t even give me my actual money back! They would only give me back a gift card! Wtf??? So ur telling me I got to pay 6-10 dollars more to return it plus then can only spend my money in there store plus have to pay more shipping on top of that! I was already telling my friends and family to order at fashion nova! But I definitely told them not to and why! There is better stores to shop at online that won’t make me spend 30 out of pocket for shipping!
