I haven't received the item nor did I get a store credit. I emailed you guys about it and no one acknowledge my email. Message you guys on Instagram it went unnoticed. I even commented under a post and you guys ignored me. I. Know you guys are ignored me because you guys are extremely active on IG and other comments were responded to under the post. Your customer service is extremely poor. You guys took my money for the item and didn't send it. That's a prime example of a SCAM.
