For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.
There are two common reasons why an order’s tracking says that it has not been shipped.
Orders will remain in “In Transit” status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained “In Transit” for 7+ days since the most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your issue. You can check the status of your order using our Track Order page.
When making an international order, the destination country may require you to verify information about the order and the recipient. This is the most common reason that your order is not moving or held at customs.
The customer may be required to provide the shipper and/or country with an invoice/proof of purchase and/or ID verification. The “Fashion Nova Order Confirmation Email” should be able to be used as your invoice/proof of purchase.
Each country's shipping policies are subject to change and Fashion Nova would not be able to provide specific information on your country's policies or processes.
If Fashion Nova notices that a package is not moving, Fashion Nova may attempt to proactively resolve these issues.
Carriers may label a parcel "Return to sender" (RTS), "Undeliverable", or "Customer refused delivery." If you refuse the package at delivery, it follows the same route back to our warehouse — you don't need to create a return in the portal.
When the RTS or refused parcel is scanned at our warehouse, an E-Gift Card for the full order amount (minus the initial shipping fee) will be issued within 10 business days. Sealed RTS boxes often process sooner.
Common causes include a mismatched state/country, missing apartment or suite number, incomplete street address, or intentional refusal. If two orders in a row come back to us, please contact Customer Care so we can help correct your address.
No, Gift Cards have no expiration date.
Fashion Nova may issue a non-purchasable special promotional e-card. These cards will have an expiration date. In this case, you will be made aware of this expiration date upon issuance.
Gift cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchanged unless required by law.
If you forgot to apply your gift card to your online order, regrettably, we will not be able to apply the unused gift card to your order once it has been placed.
Physical Gift Cards can only be redeemed in our retail locations throughout Southern California store locations.
You must safeguard your gift card for your own protection. It is within Fashion Nova's discretion that we may replace a gift card for the remaining balance at the time that a card is reported as damaged, lost, or stolen -- so long as we are provided with the original proof of purchase.
To resend a gift card to the email associated with your account, login to your Fashion Nova account and click on "Gift Cards" from the left-hand menu. Click "Resend to Email" on any of your active gift cards to receive an email with the gift card number.

If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.

Generally, only one discount code can be applied per order. If you enter multiple codes, our system will automatically select and apply the highest discount for you. If a specific promotion allows for "stacking," you may enter multiple codes at checkout. Please note that discounts cannot be added or modified once your order has been placed.
TIP: If the discount code applies to specific items in your order, you may want to consider applying that discount code to that order and place a second order to utilize a different discount code, but any applicable shipping fees will apply if opting to do this.
