I ordered 1/2 size bigger than my normal shoe size and they fit like a dream. These are by far my most favorite pair of black heels!

I took a gamble and bought the size I usually wear (8.5). It was a bit tight in the front, probably because its new. A bit of my heel was out from the back. It fits better with a stocking, so hopefully it fits better when it stretches a bit.
