Let’s start with measurements (5'6 230 hips 46. 5 waist 35. 4, small Pooch, thick thighs and arms, can wear a size 15 to 14p, can get in some 13, buy a 16p for a baggier fit) now that's out of the way lol… these are super cute and you will get compliments and questions on where to get them. The description says non stretch but they definitely have some stretch. I won’t say it’s an astronomical amount of stretch but if your thicker and hippier you will definitely be able to get into them. From my measurements and size, they fit nicely and they still have that baggy look and fit. They fit nicely around the waist and hips and compliment my curves nicely. They will turn heads. these pants are beautiful. They have a lot of stretch. I ordered size large based on my waist size which is a 32, however, they have a lot of stretch and we’re pretty big around the waist I could have sized down. .
