These are true to size, I usually wear a small and purchased a small. I feel like I could have got away with a XS because of how baggy and long they’re but the waist would have been tighter since it’s not that much of a stretch. However, they look exactly like the photo and are super cute. Definitely would purchase again. For reference I’m 133 weight and 5ft 2 1/2in.
