I’m 5’7 and 160lbs with a 30” waist and 42” hip. I got a large and it fits perfectly. The mesh is see through but it’s not that noticeable. I think nippies will be enough to hide everything. This suit is long and covers my shoes, a four inch heel. But it is prefect for me personally.
