Good quality but way too small and I ordered my normal size.

This shoes is ugly. This was an horrible purchase and I am trying to return this item because I do not like them.. You cannot truly get through to someone to speak to only via email and Im trying to find out why I cannot return this ugly monster of a shoe This is my first and last purchase from this store. Customer service is horrible.
