Broken zipper

I ordered this dress for my elopement. I received it and the dress was beautiful UNTIL I turned it around and the zipper was broken. Myself or the company that steamed my dress for my wedding could unzip it due to it being stuck in the zipped position. Very disappointing especially on my wedding day.
