Reading the reviews, they said it runs extra small. I wear a Large and purchase a 2X which was way too big. So if your interested maybe go 1-2 sizes up but definitely not 3 sizes. The belts were massive did not have enough buckle-holes. Material is thick. This is a “Fall” dress (not summer) but I would imagine my arms being cold. It looks cute on the model. The dress is just not for me.
