I am a 36DDD and this really squeezed my breasts in but it is SO well made and SO flattering. I got the waist taken in since it would hang out, but I also have no hips or butt, if you have more curves on your lower half you'll probably fill it out well. This is a gorgeous dress and the material is shockingly good for FN :)
