Get it. It is wide legged and flare so I am not sure if I should say it runs large. It has pockets, great to use for work or elevated casual. I definitely need heels so it doesnt drag on the ground. ( I am between 5ft 3 and 5ft 5) The waist isnt tight. I think it has a side zip but I put it on before realizing there was a zip.
