Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Way too small and I can’t even return it due to it being a sale item.

Purchased for my daughter, used the size chart before I made my purchase, received it, and it could fit a 5-6 year old instead of a 10-11 year old. I can return it for store credit, exchange, or a refund to original payment method because “policy”. Don’t worry though, I was assured that my feedback was taken note and will be passed along to the appropriate team. Guess what, I work in customer service too, I know that response, all too well.
