Cute but Tiny
Size Purchased: XL
Usual Size: 16-18
Must have missed the sizing chart but XL in California Costumes land is 12-14. My only complaint (other than can't wear this and I bought it as a non-refundable purchase) is the tie on the skirt is flimsy and doesn't hold together.
