For women with slim arm. Really wanted to like this but it was too small. My arms couldn't get through it

I really wanted to like this. I typically wear a medium in blouses/shirts. I purchased a Large because I wanted it to be a little roomie. When I put this on, it was so tight and small. Not at all what I was going for. I will attempt to wear it some way, but I was not pleased with this purchase, to say the least.
