Beware of fashion nova! I’ve been a customer for years without much trouble but recently, I’ve had an order of over $100 that took 3 weeks to come, a nightmare back and forth dispute with “customer service” for a refund for their mistake, and to top it all off I still ordered another package from them and this belt was missing! Fashion Nova let the reputation and recent hype get the best of the company and has gotten worse with more fame, not better.
