I'm 5'0" 94-100 pounds, with skinny, small feet, & these shoes fit well! I wouldn't recommend sizing down as these shoes are a bit stiff and you may run the risk of not being able to even put them on. Instead I recommend you get shoe insoles for the backs of the shoes, so the shoe won't pop off while you're walking because they do end up popping off from time to time due to the stiffness of the shoe. Other than that they are so cute--both the black and white version. It has a old money feel to them. Pair with a nice poodle skirt and you're all set! ☺️
