True to the size

Let's start with the cons. I do not like the flare on the hands It is too big, makes me feel like I can easily get it dirty. There is a second fabric where the breasts are at and I personally feel like it is very noticeable. At first it has this fishy like smell but does not stick to the skin. This is not really small boob friendly. I am a 34A and it was loose on the top portion. Pros would be the material feels nice and I did like the length of the dress.
