I received HALF of my order on 9/10, immediately emailed customer service, someone got back with me, I sent my packing slip as requested by customer service, no response, I continually emailed when someone finally told me they would send an e-code so I could get a credit, never heard anything, 7 days later still no e-code, but I’m told it’s processing...we will see.
