I'm 5'7" 160lbs (athletic build) - LONG legs! this fits perfectly with plenty of length for heels. But, good luck using the restroom in this thing. The shoulder strap has to go over your head and the back zipper makes it almost impossible to get up by yourself. LOVE IT tho!
