Beautiful dress

I got this dress for $93CAD before tax on a sale so I am reviewing it based on what I paid, not the full $223CAD First of all the dress definitely runs small, particularly in the chest. Had to size up twice just for my boobs to fit and even then the dress just barely zips at the top, which is kinda ok cause it helps the rest of the now too big dress stay up. Also, I read a review saying the tulle cheapens the dress, I had hoped not because the tulle was what drew me to the dress but unfortunately it absolutely does. The lace underneath the tulle is beautiful but the tulle is an absolute mess, they fold it to get it in the shipping bag and I could not for the life of me get the creases out which gave the dress an AWFUL look and shape so I decided to cut the tulle off instead of abandoning the dress altogether and was able to get it off with a pair of eyebrow scissors and some patience and I’m really glad I did because the dress without the tulle is still very pretty. The dress also seems pretty sturdy. Even though it’s very long and will definitely drag (I’m 5’4”) the lace feels like it will hold up and I feel like I could get a couple wears out of it at least, so the quality of the garment itself is actually not bad at all. My girl math while purchasing this was: would I rent this dress twice at $50 each time? Definitely yes, so it’s worth it for $100. TLDR; dress (even too big because of having to size up) with the tulle removed was definitely worth what I paid for it but I would absolutely not buy it at full price
