I always wear 2x in the dresses. But something about this dress said size up..as I bought a different color with similar style and had major boob spillage. I got 3x and it fit perfectly. I'm a 40ddd and I got a belly. the dress is pretty and still the splits go up pretty high. you can tie the top part multiple ways depending on how " out there" you want to be. overall I love the look after I figured out how I want to wear it
