I was hopeful it would have enough stretch but not that it would stretch out as the day went by. While I did like the initial stretch to fit, I did not like that it continued to stretch as the day progressed. It is a nice-looking pair of pants in person, but the fit could be better. I used to love FN jeans because the stretch was good, but they would not continue to stretch as the day progressed. I am unsure if they changed the fabric they use, but they need to return to the other fabric. I did keep them because I think if I go down one size, it would be taking a gamble, but I think I may have waist taken in.

didn't go past my thighs, looks beautiful but i would never be able to wear it. bought 16 plus it came as 16 I had a friend try it on she's typically a size 10 it fit her perfectly
