Thick material, has sort of a tie in the top which prevents from bringing it down to have a off the shoulder look, but I cut mine and no issues. It is a short torso but nothing a high jean/pant won't solve.. I am a thick with a D cup so short torso brings any shirt up but it can be fixed.. i love the look and the feel out it very complimentary..
