I got my usual size and was comfy and stretchy but didn’t snatch. Would’ve been the same if I sized down. It’s just the materiel they use, not good for sucking it in . But it’s good if wearing a dress to not chafe !

Great for the seamless look but not much compression. I bought my usual size more to be used as foundation wear rather than shapewear so you may have to size down if you're using it as shapewear.
