S/M. I am 5’5” and 130 lbs, I typically wear a small, and the S/M fit perfect! This costume was high quality and I got a ton of compliments! It comes with the jumpsuit, gloves, and the red waistband. The waistband is not adjustable and was a bit loose on my leg.
