I ordered a Large due to my waist and wasn't sure a medium would fit me right, but once I tried it on, it felt a little loose? I don't think the girls will be slipping out or anything but better support would be MUCH preferred. Maybe I would have been fine with a Medium, who knows but I'm glad this wasn't a complete waste of money
