I wish this buttoned all the way. I'm going to have to add buttons so it's appropriate for church and work. . . too much cleavage shown otherwise. Comments said to size down. I'm usually a medium, but could do small if it's a stretchy cotton shirt. I got this in an XS and it's a nice loose fit like the model.
