This top has no stretch to it. Shoulder area can be snug so if between sizes, size up to move your arms comfortably. It's crop top. The flowy material is nice, I have a little bit of a tummy roll and the little over flow to the top helps to cover it. It won't hide it but helps! I bought both L and XL because of the material. I can wear both but the XL is more comfortable to wear because of the movement and doesn't squeeze my boob's to make them look smashed. I'm a full 36D
