Typically a M when ordering from FN but got a large since I am considered naturally busty. This blouse was flimsy with no structure for it go be used without a bra and too tight to wear with a bra. Wish I could return but stuck with this item i can't wear. Looks exactly as described but better off for petite girlies, or the amazing women who don't mind a structure top. :)

This was a bit hard to zip up but we got it and it fits nice it even snatches me up
