First off I didn’t receive

First off I didn’t receive the hat that comes with the costume, contacted help Support & they gave me a difficult time & all I wanted was the hat I purchase so unfortunately I’m headed to shop the costume back!! The bottom part is extremely to big & the jacket is to little, the material feels real cheap
