This dress is stunning but definitely runs a little big. I’m 5’5, 165, 38C… the boob area has padding inserts that fit a much larger set of tatas, which would be helpful in holding the dress up. Although I actually love it so much I’m going to get it altered since the medium is sold out. It’s a silky stretchy material with very subtle sparkle in it and so classy/elegant. Size down if you don’t have huge boobs!
