I am 5'5" and 36-29-42 and I got a medium. The length on the pants run a big long and it was a bit loose on the backside the waist and the boobs..I'm a 36C (full C). I am ordering it again and sizing down to see if it helps. It is really cute and I loved it. It does have some stretch to it as well. I wear a size 7/9 in jeans if that helps.

It doesn't look like the pictures, very cheap material.
