There is minimal stretch as mentioned. I'm tall so I expected the skirt to be short. It is very short in the back.

I brought the skirt in a large. For reference I'm 5'2 184 lbs. Waist is 30, hips are 44 at widest point. It fit true and held me in very well. The issue is the colors are different from what's pictured. It doesn't go medium then light wash. Actually very similar colors. So I sent it back. Outside of that, not a bad skirt. Very cute just doesn't look color wise like pictures.
