As for these jeans, the have some stretch in the hips and legs but not much in the waistline, so if you are working with some curves in the hips and rump, size up by 1, if you have minimum hips and a smaller bum, get your usual size if you have muscle thighs, size up by 1, the jeans runs true to size as charted so you will do well if you fallow the chart. if you like a loose comfortable fit go up, if you like them to fit you more to your figure, stay with your regular size. They look like the photos on the website and mine fit me like that on the plus size model even though I have a mom pouch and looks very flattering on. for reference I'm 5'3, 48-40-49 198lb. hhe ate long on me so I'll have to hem them.
