Bought this for on sale. The fabric is more like cotton/spandex. Bought it on sale at 5. 98. This dress is as pictured and ok. It Has stretch. The only thing I’ll say is it’s not long enough. I’m 5’4 and it doesn’t hit the floor with heels. . but overall, purchase it on sale. Measurement guide is true. .
