Ordered 1X. The outside tag said a 1X as well HOWEVER, the inside tag was a 3X. Emailed FN about the issue as I needed this item for an upcoming trip. Not only was I told that I would have to PAY to ship the item back myself, but they could ONLY give me a store create INSTEAD of simply sending me the CORRECT size I ordered. Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!

I ordered this pants in a size 1X. When I got the pants, I noticed it was really big. looking at the tag on the outside, it said the right size of 1X however, the tag on the inside reflected a 3X. I emailed Fashion Nova about the issue, which was their fault, and stated that I needed the correct size sent to me for an upcoming trip. I was told that I would have to PAY to ship the incorrect size(again, their fault) item back and after it is inspected, I would receive store credit. I do not see how this is fair to me, the consumer. When I went back to attempt to re-order the item again, it was sold out. I have placed countless orders with this company and I am very displease with how this matter was handled.
