Super cute outfit I’m 5’9 good 180-200 all hips and booty small waist. The shirt was perfect regardless of breast size because you can tie it in the back. My a$$ was too phat because it hung out the skirt and I had to wear spandex like shorts underneath. The material is like a tuxedo stretchy material, really classy! Love it but would probably look better on a BBL body or smaller booties
