Can I just say this (memory foam) yes ladies it's in the whole footbed and shoe makers should take notes from this manufacturer because they got it right. This is the most comfortable heels that I have ever purchased on this site. If you ever get a pair of shoes from here and it comes in a Cape Robbin box please share that information in your reviews so that we can all jump on them babies, so worth it. I'm a US size 8. Foot length 9.5", with 3.5", girth 9" I purchased a size 8.5 and It fits perfectly. Heel hight is 4.5" may be high for the under experienced it's (Medium Wide Foot friendly).
