5'5" 120 lbs got my usual size and it's perfect. The polyester material is full stretch and fairly thick yet breathable. I love the attached hood with ears and the zipper closure makes for a natural fitting onesie. Perfect for lounging around drinking a cup of coffee. It's beary cute.
