I would size down to get the perfect tight fit , im a 36DD 129lbs and sizing down helped keep them in place all night.

Love the faux latex studded fabric with cross stitch lace it's gorgeous. Like that this is alittle tighter in the bust area, and adjustable. Love this top so much.
