I'm not sure if the one I received was damaged or if the neckline just comes distorted. I received a refund as Fashion Nova agreed that it was damaged.

I wore this to a Michigan Fashion Week event. I closed some of the space between the bow up. I added red leather gloves and it was an absolute hit. I wish we could upload pics!
