Fits fine but the straps are to long

I’m 5’1 and 112 pounds I wear a 32DDD and I ordered a small because I can’t size up to a medium due to the fact that it’ll be to big on my body. But turns out the small was just about right? My boobs fit in the cups so order a size down. But! The shoulder straps are to long so I have to fix them myself !
